The Pines Kiama Micro Diary Mania
Presented by: The Pines Dairy, Kel
Established in 1854, The Pines is a 6th generation family-run micro-dairy on the South Coast of NSW. The family manages all aspects of farming and production, from twice daily milking to hand-wrapping cheeses, with a huge emphasis on quality.
They take great care of their pastures ensuring a healthy herd and allowing for high-quality milk that ends up as beautiful, seasonal dairy produce.
From non-homogenised milk, natural yoghurt, artisanal gelato and now a small range of hand-made cheeses, each product is minimally processed to allow the seasonal character of the milk to come through.
As The Pines journey continues, so does the family’s love and knowledge of regenerative farming. They are passionate about their farm, their herd and their products – evident in every bite and every mouthful.
The Pines milk has received multiple .delicious produce awards.
Join Kel, 6th generation custodian farmer of The Pines on his micro-dairy journey. Hear his family’s story and taste his exceptional produce: milk, yoghurt, gelato AND his new cheeses. Sustainable, natural, fresh and local.
