About the Festival

Ticketing & E-Commerce

Moshtix are the ticketing platform and will be supported by a dedicated Facebook digital contractor. The Festival Village will operate an e-commerce cashless payment platform.

Marketing

South Coast Food & Wine Festival will take responsibility for the marketing of the Festival and will be supported by an external advertising contractor to maximise ticket sales to a targeted audience. 

Site Fee & Commission

Site Fee including a minimum footprint of 2.4m x 2m ranges from $650 to $2,490 + GST*.

*The site fee is payable by 1 August 2019 to secure your position, together with a high-resolution logo and a description of your menu items (minimum of 2) SCFWF commission is 0% of all sales.

Berry Long Lunch Exhibitor

EOI Applications Close 15th May 2019

The Signature event for South Coast Food & Wine Festival is the Berry Long Lunch on Saturday 14 September, from 12 noon to 2.30pm. The three course lunch(which must include a protein) can be a sharing menu between two or individuals serves, but this must be identified prior to going to sale. We would like to give all potential customers your menu at the point of ticket sales.

South Coast Food & Wine Festival will take place over 3 days from 13 to 15 September 2019 and will be focused on the town of Berry in Southern NSW.

The Financials

The ticket price will be $175 per person for a three course lunch, plus booking fee 
Breakdown of ticket price: Restaurant (55%) $96.25, SCFWF (45%) $78.75 
Payment will be made 7 working days post your event.
