During this masterclass, you will experience the best of the best as the tasting suite of oysters presented will be hand-selected by the Appellation team only hours beforehand to deliver the highest quality oysters produced throughout NSW.

AOC has been working with local Cupitt’s Winery for several years to perfect their wine & oyster pairings according to the divine mysteries of “Genius Loci” (things that are grown together taste good together). Cupitt’s is family owned and operated making handcrafted wines, small batch craft ales and lager, artisan cheese and experiences along with incredible ‘Farm to Fork’ food at their restaurant, Cupitt’s Kitchen.
