Berry Long Lunch

A signature event of the Festival will be the Long Lunch on Saturday 14 September.
Kierrin McKnight, (Wild Ginger) will be bringing the Long Lunch to life with a six course feast menu complemented by local wines and beers.

Cold Smoked Rainbow Trout, Gem Lettuce, Thai Basil mayonnaise

Crispy Pork Belly with Chinese Black Vinegar Caramel + Julienne Papaya

Greenwell Point Oyster served with Wasabi buerre blanc

Peking Duck Spring roll + Blood Plum compote

7 hour Braised Angus Beef Cheeks, Snake Beans, Holy Basil & Fragrant Green Curry

Pork Katsu, Zucchini ribbons, Mandarin segments & Chilli Jam

Salt & Pepper Tofu, Asparagus, sliced Mushrooms & Yellow Jungle Master Stock

Saturday Night Feast

Join Local Land Services NSW who proudly present their Industry Dinner featuring a 6 Course Feast prepared by Kierren McKnight (Wild Ginger).

Tickets include entry into the Festival, drinks throughout dinner and a Keynote Speaker from within the Festival.

Start time is 5:30pm with Dinner service finishing at approximately 7:30pm. The Keynote speaker will then provide an entertaining and informative conversation about Rural issues.
